Cancellation

• Prior to 30 days of arrival: Full refund.
  
• Between 30 to 15 days of arrival: 50% refund.
  
• Within 15 days of arrival*: No Refund.
  
• f the cabin is rebooked for the cancelled dates, you will receive 70% refund for the rebooked days.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule prior to 30 days of arrival without a fee.
  
• Rescheduling within 30 days of arrival will be considered same as cancellation.

Payment & Booking Details

• We accept  HomeAway/VRBO online payment: credit/debit & eCheck
  
• All HomeAway/VRBO bookings are subject to HomeAway service Fees paid to HomeAway

Direct Booking Details

The direct booking option is available for the guests who requested to reserve our cabins directly.  Most of our direct bookings are offered for return guests and persons who know me personally.  If you are interested, please contract me regarding Direct Booking.

• All contacts and communications will be with me though  or 336 973-0622.

• You will have the same accommodations and amenities as you do booking through Internet companies.

• First payment is required within 5 days of booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

• ·The cancellation period and refunds:

• • • 30 days prior to arrival — full refund less $50.
      
    • Between 30 to 15 days prior to arrival — 50% refund.
      
    • Less than 15 days arrival — no refund.

• Payment by paper check or billpay check only.  Mail a Check / Mary Ellis, 762 Elk Ridge Road, Ferguson, NC 28624 (Up to $25 charge on returned checks).

• Rent Discounts: 5% discount (2 to 3 nights), 10% discount (4 nights or more)  

• For the bookings less than 2 weeks of arrival date, a cashier’s check for the full payment is required

• You will also save on the online rental service fees charged to travelers by VRBO/HomeAway, however, you will not receive any services or rental protections from the Internet rental companies where you may have learned of our cabins.
